How to Use Love Remedies
The most common approach in using Love Remedies (Flower Essences) is taking them orally from a dropper bottle or spray method directly under the tongue. With the Stepanovs Method essences (Love Remedies), it is recommended that you take 3 drops under the tongue 3 times daily or as frequently as required. As with homeopathic medicine, the remedy is not swallowed but kept as long as possible in the mouth.
When taking flower essences, it is recommended to take them by themselves, and wait at least half to one hour before ingesting any stimulant foods or drinks. Flower essences can be used in conjunction with other common medicines or remedies, without interfering in their action. Flower Essences can be given to children and animals.
Other methods of using Love Remedies (Flower Essences)
Bath: Add 6 drops into the bath. Can be used in combination with essential oils.
Anointing the body: Use 1 drop onto anointing and chakra points
Auric Massage: Use 3 drops for auric massage.
Spray Mist: Add 10 drops to 100ml bottle of purified water or other aromatic waters.
Compresses: Add 6 drops to ½ litre of water.
Love Remedies can be added to massage oils, vinegars, creams and ointments.
